Manager/Director

Debbie - I have worked within the childcare sector for 16 years and already have a thriving existing setting in Falconwood. My aim is to help children grow and develop to be the best version of themselves and instil a confidence  that prepares them for the next stages of their lives. I am passionate not only about the children in my care but also working with the families to ensure the children have all the opportunities they deserve. i also strive to hire staff that are not only good at their job but dedicated to every child that steps through the door. being part of a child's journey especially in the first few years of their life is not a right its a privilege and one i am very proud to be part of for so many.

Emma - I'm a mum to 3 beautiful children. I am outgoing bubbly person. I hold my level 2 and 3 in child care qualifications with 12 years of experience. I've worked in a nursery setting and I've been a Teaching assistant in a primary school. I think I know just about every nursery rhyme there is to know along with the actions. I love that every day is new experience with children, no two days are the same. I enjoy building positive relationships with the children and their families and working together. As a mum I understand the trust you have to give to allow someone to look after your world.

I am also the settings designated safeguarding lead.

Supervisor

Hannah - Ive worked in childcare since leaving school and I have my level 2 and level 3 childcare qualifications. I have two children and over 10 years experience within the childcare sector. I enjoy working with children and helping them achieve their highest potential. From sharing proud moments of art work / a star jump / a new friendship or pushing themselves to take risks and gain confidence! Building positive relationships with children and their parents to work together helping their child build their pathway of learning. Everyday is a new day when working in childcare, you just don't know what to expect next, I think that's one of my favourite parts!

SENCO

Ellie - I have worked in childcare for 8 years, in this time I gained my level 3 qualification and I am the now the qualified SENCO for Little Feet. Ever since I was young I knew I wanted to work with children, seeing their little faces light up in the morning and watching them learn something new makes me feel so proud. I feel so privileged to be able to be a apart of their journey. No two days are the same and thats what makes it more exciting.

Deputy Manager

Qualified Early years educator

Georgina - I've been working in childcare for over 14 years. I have both my level 2 and 3 in childcare. I have always wanted to work with children and find it so rewarding. Everyday is different, I love that the children come up to me to show me their work they have created. Watching children use their imaginations is one of my favourite moments to witness. Its amazing how an ordinary card board box can turn into doctors surgery and the next a rocket.

Early years educator

Amy -I am a mother to 2 children. I absolutely love working with children. Watching them learn and grow is something I take great pleasure in everyday. I feel very privileged to be in a position to help other little ones grow too. It is something I have always wanted to do and this gives me sense of achievement to help other children with their journey’s. I have been with Little Feet from the start and it makes me so proud to have watched so many children learn and grow and being a part of that process and special moments. Engaging them and making them smile is the most rewarding job you could have.
